Standard GCash and Maya deposits credit to your nurstar account balance immediately upon successful processing. Bank transfer and alternative payment method deposits may be subject to standard banking processing times. nurstar is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the nurstar account cashier, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days depending on the receiving institution's processing windows. nurstar is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Conduct that nurstar determines constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploitation of promotional terms, hedging bets to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may be grounds for account suspension.
All games available on the nurstar platform are operated in accordance with the published rules for each respective game. By participating in any game, you accept the rules governing that game as presented on the platform.
Random number generators (RNGs) used in nurstar's casino games are independently certified by recognized testing agencies. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — operated by trained croupiers under regulated procedures. nurstar does not modify game outcomes and does not operate any game with an undisclosed house edge.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software malfunction that interrupts a game mid-round, nurstar will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and resolve the outcome fairly. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined conclusively, the wager may be returned to the player's account. nurstar's decision on technical failure resolutions is final.
Game Result Finality: All game results are final once confirmed by nurstar's system. Disputed results must be raised with customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. nurstar will review supporting evidence and provide a final determination.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nurstar platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.
nurstar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the nurstar support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time period. Outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.
Accounts that remain inactive for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as disclosed in the cashier section. nurstar will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder prior to applying any inactivity charge. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nurstar platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
Any use of nurstar intellectual property beyond the scope of this license is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and nurstar, you agree to first attempt resolution through nurstar's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support with a clear description of the dispute and the relief sought. nurstar will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may escalate the matter to the competent regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of the Philippines having appropriate jurisdiction. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through internal or regulatory channels.
nurstar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nurstar will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform.
The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the nurstar platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
